My mum and I cleaned the fish tank out as it was getting pretty dirty in their. It is nice and clean for them to live in again. Now look at our happy fish, in their clean home.

BREATH OF FRESH AIR.

My family and I went outside to get well needed fresh air. Keesha and I rode our bikes, Dad Mum Mailah walked while  Kane was in the front pack on Dad. We went down the road and went past our school. On the way we seen some teddies in peoples windows one was  in Eillish's window. Then we went down second street  then back towards home. We seen Mr Fogarty drive past us and we all waved at each other.

Today we did kiwi collage with Mrs Minehan. She showed us a video to teach us how to do it then she said it is our turn to try. First we had to go into google docs and go on explore. When we went on to explore we wrote brown texture for its body and head. Then we wrote into explore again to get yellow texture for its beak and legs you put them in different shapes. It had to look like a kiwi.

Tranformation using grids

 Today we found an accredited image on Explore and selected it to use on our page. We then put a 5x5 grid on it so we could copy the image and make it original. Mrs Minehan selected the first two images so we could understand the process, then we got to choose our own image. I found the first one  quite hard so I done the second one.

The second one was easy and hard at the same time

I chose the image of the tree because the koru one looked too hard

Making a speech

I have been learning how to write my speech about the Earth. I have been working on my speech for at least 2 weeks now. I have facts about when the earth was made, how old the earth is and how big it is.
It was challenging making it flow and picking what to write and what not to write. Have you ever written a speech before?
